IrrationalI’m starting to realize that no one will ever understand exactly how this feels.
It’s a feeling that really can‘t be explained- something my mind blows completely out of proportion. I get this tight feeling right below my chest. Then my throat starts to get all tingly at the base. My head gets foggy and then, before I know it, this thing has complete control over me.
